Search Queries
Text entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and delivers its results. Wayne County Criminal History does not keep or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained long enough to review and answer it. The message is not shared beyond our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Outside companies operate the search boxes displayed here. Information entered in those tools is governed by the provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its own retention, processing, and disclosure practices. Review those terms before sending a query.

Links may lead to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, court resources, Georgia agencies, legal-aid organizations, advertisers, or search services. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy rules apply. Its practices should be reviewed before any personal information is provided.
